1. Laser power supply

2. Fiber laser

3. Galvanometer scanning system
The galvanometer scanning system is composed of two parts: optical scanner and servo control. The whole system is designed and manufactured with new technologies, new materials, new processes and new working principles.
The optical scanner adopts a moving magnet deflection servo motor. It has the advantages of large scanning angle, large peak torque, large load inertia, small electromechanical time constant, fast working speed, stable and reliable, etc. The precision bearing anti-backlash mechanism provides super bottom axial and radial runout errors; "electronic torsion bar" replaces the traditional elastic material torsion bar, which greatly improves the service life and reliability of long-term work; the working principle of zero power at any position reduces the It reduces the power consumption, reduces the heating effect of the device, and saves the constant temperature device; the advanced high-stability precision position detection sensor technology provides high linearity, high resolution, high repeatability, and low drift performance.
The optical scanner is divided into an X-direction scanning system and a Y-direction scanning system, and a laser reflector is fixed on each servo motor shaft. Each servo motor is controlled by digital signals from the computer to scan its trajectory.
4. Focusing system
The function of the focusing system is to focus the parallel laser beams on one point. Mainly adopts f-theta lens, different f-theta lenses have different focal lengths, and the marking effect and range are also different. The fiber laser marking machine adopts imported high-performance focusing system, and its standard lens focal length is f=160mm, which can effectively scan Range Φ110mm. Users can choose the type of lens according to their needs.
Optional F-θ lenses are:
f=100mm, effective focus range Φ65mm.
f=160mm, effective focus range Φ110mm.
Computer control system
The computer control system is the control and command center of the entire laser marking machine, and it is also the carrier of software installation. The workpiece marking process is completed through the coordinated control of the acousto-optic modulation system and the galvanometer scanning system.
The computer control system of fiber laser marking machine mainly includes chassis, motherboard, CPU, hard disk, memory stick, D/A card, floppy drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.
